We train the people who hunt the hackers.
Human judgment. AI intelligence. Advanced investigative technology. Train inside HUNTER™, a proprietary intelligence environment built to help investigators find hidden signals, map networks, test hypotheses and turn fragmented evidence into defensible intelligence.
Find the signal · Follow the network · Hunt with intelligence
The authorization — August 2026
On August 12, 2026, the White House issued a Presidential Memorandum — “Expanding Capabilities to Combat Transnational Cyber-Enabled Crime.” It directs the National Coordination Center to run a new Program: for the first time, vetted U.S. private-sector companies may be authorized to conduct Cyber Surveillance and Cyber Effects Operations against foreign cyber-enabled transnational criminal organizations — strictly under the direction and oversight of the Federal Government.
Oversight is layered: co-Executive Directors from the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, contractual vetting, a bond or escrow of at least one million dollars, legal review, interagency deconfliction, minimization, stop conditions for Critical Outcomes, and written approval before any action. Discovery is not authorization; access is not permission.
The Academy
Other schools teach tools.
We train hunters inside an intelligence system.
Nine months. Three terms. Intelligence thinking, investigation, evidence discipline, attribution, adversarial AI and lawful disruption — for people who are not programmers but can become exceptional investigators.
The difference
Cybersecurity has traditionally focused on systems, software and code. The Cyberwarfare Academy focuses on the investigator.
The technology
HUNTER is not a chatbot. It is the operating environment through which students conduct investigations — semantic discovery, network analysis, evidence integrity, media provenance, hypothesis testing and coordinated AI collaboration, with a human accountable for every conclusion. HUNTER integrates multiple forms of investigative intelligence into a single training environment. Each technology assists the investigator. None replaces the investigator.
Built on advanced licensed intelligence technology, including capability licensed through U.S. government technology-transfer programs. The Academy is privately operated; it is not operated, certified or endorsed by any government agency.

Investigative discovery
Search finds what you ask for. Intelligence finds what you didn't know to ask.
Human agency
AI can process more. AI can search faster. AI can reveal patterns. AI can challenge assumptions. But an investigation ultimately requires judgment. Every HUNTER investigation keeps evidence, provenance, confidence and human accountability visible.
AI provides leverage.
Humans provide judgment.
Hunter™
Human judgment
The investigator decides.
The institution
A school
Where investigators are trained to a defensible standard.
A laboratory
Where human + AI investigative methods are developed and tested.
A technology platform
Where HUNTER intelligence systems are refined against real investigative pressure.
A talent network
Connecting HUNTER-certified investigators with organizations that need them.
Outcomes
The world does not only need more coders. It needs more investigators. Bad actors now operate with automation, synthetic identities, deepfakes, industrial social engineering and AI-generated persuasion. The response requires humans who can combine curiosity, judgment, technology, evidence and AI.
